A. Right of Withdrawal

Introduction

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or self-employed professional activity:

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal from this contract has been received by us. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier date.

You must return the goods immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is attributable to handling of the goods that was not necessary for checking their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exclusion or Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts for the supply of goods that can quickly spoil or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded.

General Notes

1) Please avoid damages and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2) Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the aforementioned points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
